1. I’M UNSURE OF WHAT SIZE TO ORDER? 

Each product has a brief description on it, including the size the model is wearing aswell as a size guide often attached to product images which we recommend using. We are constantly working to develop and perfect our sizing of our items as well as working to use materials with a stretch to provide the best fit and comfort for all our StormRaiders!

2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. This will be at an extra cost of £5-10 depending on location.

3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM DOES NOT FIT? 


We urge all our customers to check our sizing guide prior to purchasing. Due to the nature of our pieces being Hand crafted, we do not currently provide full refunds. However, we try to offer size exchanges where possible. 
If you believe that your item has been lost, stolen or is faulty please contact us at contact.stormform@gmail.com for further support. 
 
4. HOW WILL MY DETAILS BE USED?

Through using www.stormform.co.uk you give your consent to the collection and use of personal information, in regards to the company. StormForm Ltd will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.

5. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email including your tracking number in which you can use to track your order. All orders are sent Signed and tracked.

6.WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We currently offer secure online payments with most worldwide banking companies. We also offer Paypal payments and instalments.

7. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to our packing and shipping process we can only accept cancellation requests sent to our customer care team at the following email address: contact.stormform@gmail.com up to 1 hour after a purchase has been made. The request must include your full name and the order number to be accepted, without this information your request will not be granted.

7. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? 

Please note that we do not typically offer refunds. However, we’re happy to exchange items for a different size if needed. Refunds are only considered under extenuating circumstances and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
